The customer information that we collect during order processing is used solely for credit card verification and shipment addressing. Shipping information is provided only to our contracted shipper. Return Policy

Biddy Cat Company is so confident that you will be completely satisfied with our litter box that we provide an unconditional money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our product, for whatever reason, simply return the litter box within 45-days. We will refund the full cost of your purchase, including taxes if applied, as well as the original shipping cost (however, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost).

Please select "Return" in the form on our Customer Service page, to request return shipping information. For sanitary reasons, we do ask that you clean the litter box with soap and water prior to returning.
